Welcome to the compilations of perhaps the X-Lapsediest X-Lapsed "Sunday Special Series" yet!  When I walked away from the X-Books in 2015-2016, the Time-Displaced Original Five (get used to THAT phrase, by the way) were still looming large in the present day.  When I made my return... they were gone - and they seemed to have taken Old Man Cable with them!

It's time for another milestone episode... the two hundred seventy-fifth!  I almost feel like our cover-art today should have an Eagle Award logo on it!  Does anybody get that reference?  Ehh, probably not.
Anyway, today we get back to our never-ending Shadow King storyline... which, hey... is going to have to end at some point in the next couple of months.  In fairness, it kind of turns the corner here, and there's a true feeling of progression.

You ever hear a grown man gush?  If not, you've probably never listened to anyone talk about Hellions... because, damn this is one well-done book!
As we approach our conclusion we're taking a trip thru "shoe-drop city"... lotsa revelations, and food for thought dropped right in our waiting laps.  And, if you've listened to this program for a minute... you'll know that I'll sometimes sink my teeth into a theory, and not let it go.  I might do that a couple of times throughout today's discussion!

Original Recipe X-Lapsed is back... and, it's Excalibur Day!  Shockingly, this time out it doesn't completely feel as though I've missed an issue -- though, some oddities do abound.  What we have here is a mostly enjoyable issue, where pieces are falling into place to (hopefully) take this volume into its satisfying conclusion.
